Hemas Upahara program at Divisional Secretariat office

We can move forward as a community when we care for the people of all ages within it. The Hemas Upahara registration program held at the Divisional Secretariat office, Ja Ela on the 7th of March 2020 was an event where the Upahara Benefit scheme at Hemas hospital was introduced to the Members of the pensioners’ association in Ja Ela. 150 participants were included in the program, so that they could reap the benefits of the scheme.
